For Kay Adams nothing makes scince right now. The person that she was ready to marry just up and left her. For all she knows he is laying in a ditch somwhere dead. She has no clue that Micheal is halfway around the world back in his fathers home country. She trys to find answers from ma Corleone but get no where. Ma Corleone thinks its best the slip any way, seeing that Kay is not Italian.
