The big nurse and Miss Flinn think that McMurphy is basically a patient that will cause trouble and the big nurse thinks he will try his hardest to take over the mental hospital. The big nurse usually runs people off, the people that she hire have to be basically just ke her which is not caring and have enough hate to do anything. The big nurse basically trains the black boys to keep calm but have lots of hate. The black boys treat the patient as if they are just an object and not even human. The black boys keep the two groups separated so they really don't socialize. The patients have everything timed as there day go on for example their shower, breakfast and the medication. Read pages 29-35
